Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

DAMAGED PRODUCTS


 

If The Damaged Product Is Received, It Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours Of Delivery. It Should Be In Its Original Packaging.

 

In Case Of A Refund, 20% Handling Charges Will Be Deducted From The Order Amount If Pick Up Is Arranged. If The Customer Is Ready To Courier The Product To The Return Address, Then There Will Be No Deduction And Full Amount Will Be Refunded Through Available Methods.

REFUNDS CAN TAKE AROUND 5-7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS. CUSTOMER'S BANK DETAILS (PREFERRED) WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROCESS THE REFUND ON TIME.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

No Need To Worry If You Have Ordered A Wrong Product Or You Want An Exchange..

Kindly Send Us The Image Or The Product With The Invoice. Make Sure That The Product Is In The Same Packaging & Original Condition.


If We Have Sent You A Wrong Product Then The Reverse Pickup Will Be Done For Free Of Cost. Shipping Of The Replaced Product Will Also Be Free Of Cost.

If We Have Sent You The  Exact Product Which You Have Ordered Then Return Shipping Will Be At The Buyer’s Cost.

This Process Can Take Around 5-7 Working Days Depending Upon The Current Circumstances & Location Of The Customer.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
